for the Seemee online platform
1. Age Restriction and Target Audience
Seemee is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Age verification is required during registration.
Use of the platform by minors is not permitted.
2. Protection of Children and Minors
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Seemee:
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
Sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors
Cybergrooming or contact with minors for sexual purposes
Depictions of violence or abuse against minors
Content harmful to the development or well-being of minors
Such content is a criminal offense under Sections 176, 184b, and 184c of the German Criminal Code (StGB).
3. Reporting Options
In-App Reporting:
Users can report problematic content or profiles directly within the app using the reporting function available on each profile or post.
Email Reporting:
When submitting a report, please (optionally) include:

A link to the content or profile

A brief description of the issue

Screenshot(s) (optional)

Contact details (optional – anonymous reports are possible)
All reports are treated confidentially.
4. Review and Actions

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and cases involving CSAM are handled immediately.

Violations result in instant removal of the content and suspension or deletion of the account.

Seemee uses technical protection tools such as hash-matching to prevent re-uploads.

Confirmed cases are reported to law enforcement authorities.

All actions are documented and securely stored.
5. Cooperation with Authorities
Seemee cooperates closely with the following authorities:

In case of official investigations, Seemee provides all relevant information to assist authorities.
